I think I can safely say this was, by far, the best car experience I’ve had at Prescott Hill Climb. Even though it wasn’t a proper race, I can’t really imagine racing a car like this. Just knowing its value would be enough to add a bit of pressure. And to be honest, I don’t think I’d have the confidence to really push it, especially since it’s not my car and it’s absolutely wild.

Maybe the fact that I was driving it in a dress, still wearing my Sparcos, with my hair in the air made the whole experience feel like a dream.

Colin was as supportive as always and even let me drive it on my own. Now I’m not sure if that’s because there’s nothing to hold on to, or because my driving made him nervous 😄

He also took Betty up the hill and mentioned that the pre-selector gearbox is an absolute pleasure. I also had the chance to ride as a passenger in another Bugatti, which was incredible.

Such a fantastic community as well. I’m always amazed by how friendly everyone is. Even if I’m still learning, I guess being enthusiastic is enough!
