An extraordinary moment for me and Auntie and for everyone who’s been following our journey!
Did it take longer than expected? Oh yes.
Was it worse than expected? Absolutely.
Did I learn from the experience? More than I could ever have imagined!
Perhaps that’s why this moment felt so special: we’d earned it. All of us. Auntie included, for patiently waiting for the right custodian… apparently, that’s me! 😂
There’s still more to do, but now there’s more driving to enjoy, too. With an old car, there’s always something, isn’t there? 🙂![Profile Photo]()

Thank you! That BMW is a dream , I couldn’t help but stare, lol! The P4 meeting was at Quainton Railway Centre (Buckinghamshire Railway Centre), and I did get a ride on a steam train…short, but better than nothing! Oh, cones on holiday and Auntie lurking, ready to take them for a spin! :))) we will blame Auntie :))))

Always nice to see a bit of steam. I likes the big roadgoing engines myself like what Fred Dibnah used to run.

Nice pictures, Like that BMW 507, where was that? Like them old steam trains too did you get a rid on them? Watch out for them traffic cones too, turns out cars with the reg ending in NO like to run over them lol
